The year of manufacture in the Basic Information column is the year of purchase shown on the warranty card.

Import taxes, duties, and consumption taxes are not included in the selling price for items viewed or purchased from outside of Japan.

When viewing or purchasing from within Japan, or shipping to addresses within Japan, the sales price automatically includes consumption tax on the page.

Shipping is free, but customs duties are the responsibility of the recipient.

We ship via FedEx, UPS, DHL, and EMS.

Please let us know immediately if you would like to specify a shipping carrier, as we will ship the next day after payment is completed.

IMPORTANT!

In the event of the item getting confiscated by customs due to custom fees not being paid, no refunds will be made to the buyer.

If customs fees are incurred due to the refusal of delivery, the customs fees and return shipping charges will be deducted from the product price during the refund.

Any material that is listed in the Washington convention(Crocodile material, alligator material) will be removed upon shipment and we will only send the watch and the buckle.
