Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges.
We won’t under-value merchandise or mark the item as a gift on customs forms.
Also, if the shipping destination is Japan, the amount of consumption tax will be added to the offer when you place the order.
We cannot deliver to P.O.BOX or P.M.BOX because we require the recipient’s signature at the time of shipping.

Warranty
Our warranty is based on the Chrono24 warranty system.

If there are any defects in the product after the product arrives, please be sure to apply for mediation within 14 days after the product arrives.
After 14 days, the warranty will be void. Please be careful.
Basically, we only accept returns, and we do not cover repair costs for other companies.
In addition, we have not conducted a waterproof test. Therefore, we cannot guarantee waterproofness, so please understand in advance.
Depending on the PC environment, there may be cases where differences from the actual product may occur, such as colors and shadows.
Although we pay close attention to the publication, there may be small scratches or dirt that may be overlooked. Please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about the details.

About accessories
If the watch includes a box and warranty card, I will post a picture of the box and warranty card.
Therefore, if there is no description in the accessories of the product and there is no photo of the accessories in our product, only the wristwatch is exhibited.
